A 4-week-old kitten was discovered on a riverbank in Visalia, California without its mother. He is so small that he looks like a gray ball of fur with big blue eyes. Despite his small stature, he has a strong voice.

The little cat was recovered and brought to The Cat House on the Kings , a cat rescue and sanctuary in Parlier, California.

“We don’t know how he got separated from his mother, but he was completely alone where he shouldn’t have been,” Harvie Schreiber of The Cat House on the Kings, told Love Meow. .

“He was very young when he was found, with all his meows and eyes.”

They named him Dorian, and the little dog was desperate to be loved.

Karla watches over him at night and on weekends as well as during work hours.

Every time it is cared for, it begins to growl with adorable purrs.

“He purrs like a vintage car – a really loud purr. And he still meows for A.t.t.e.n.t.i.o.n and for food.”

Dorian gets cuddled after every meal and insists on being held in their arms to watch some TLC.

He n.e.v.e.r wants to be alone and meows until his human complies with his demands.

Karla’s son, Isaiah, was a great help, always accompanying Dorian and making sure he was loved.

At 10 weeks old, Dorian was still a tiny kitten, weighing less than 2 pounds. But what he lacks in size, he certainly makes up for in personality.

He wanted to stay as close to his adoptive mother as possible, following her around the house like a small shadow.

Nothing makes him happier than being around people and receiving all the A.t.t.e.n.t.i.o.n.
